What is the Full Circle Initiative ?

How Healing Yourself will help Social Projects Grow

Empowering Change Through Commmunity

Welcome to the full circle concept! If you are here because you believe in lasting happy change for yourself and others around you, you are in the right place! After having worked for a few years in the development sector in many parts of the world, I am someone who deeply believes that in order to help others, the first step is truly helping yourself.

We grow within ourselves, and with our community, and they both go together. Real change cannot come only from one place, even if putting both into motion is an easier thing said than done.

This initiative comes from a strong belief that sustainable change can be done in two ways,
1) Through individual development
2) Through Community Building

Hence, as a strong passionate of both, I created this initiative where helping yourself, is helping others, in every sense of the way.

As explained above, Full circle works on two levels which are interconnected. The first level is the Personal development initiative, inner child healing private counselling, emotional intelligence coaching courses and live personal development courses as well. This side is focused on individual emotional healing and healthy inner habit building.

How does this section relate to the community building you may ask? Excellent question!
-> Well 10% of each of your purchases (the courses, private counselling, live group sessions, etc..) goes toward the second side of the initiative, the community building in the various NGOs and social projects I have worked in!

While most of our courses are focused on personal development and emotional healing, I firmly believe that individual growth and community development are inherently linked—one cannot thrive without the other. Meaningful and lasting change requires progress on both levels, even if achieving that balance presents real challenges.

Which is why this initiative is so important to me: when we help ourselves, it should always help others in a direct or indirect way, with time.
-> Here at Full Circle, everybody who decides to help themselves helps different communities thrive more in some way!

Key Highlights of Our Commitment

  • 10% of all course proceeds are donated to impactful social projects worldwide, supporting NGOs that our founder collaborates with.
  • Our programs focus on personal growth, inner child healing, and building empathy, helping to create a holistic approach to community development.

While working in the development sector for the past few years, I saw first hand how essential it is to include the concept of both community development and inner work for real healing to happen.

Often, when you work on community building, it will mean challenging the way each community thinks about a problem. A lot of the times, you try to encourage locals to look at what strengths they already have in the community, in order to build on existing skills, to develop real sustainable solutions.
This is called the the ABCD model (Asset Based Community Development).

You want to tackle social issues linked to inter-generational trauma? Find the pillars of the community you work with, and which space do people meet in that feel safe to them. For example, creating a space where mothers can meet to talk, unpack, and grow together is a good place to start, as there are the pillars of most families when it comes to care.
You want to create more professional opportunities for a struggling neighbourhood? Check what jobs are already present and that do work in that environment, and create vocational training spaces where the youth gets involved. More often than not, you will find the solution inside of the problem, and not by outsourcing people, skills, or other cultural ways of thinking.

So by tackling the way of doing things, people will always have to challenge the way they think, the way they view their emotions and beliefs. Community change can’t exist without personal reflection and development as well.

On the other side, they always say that you cannot pour from an empty cup! Working on yourself, your happiness and your personal development will not only make YOU happier, but it will make your close friends, your family, and the people around you, better as well. It might not be straight away, but when you shine from your brightest light, it always pours onto others! And you need your people in order to go through such meaningful change, people might protest and it might be hard, but you need support to truly take on deep healing.. Which is why I truly believe that:
Personal development 🤝🏼 Community building !
