About Me

Where do I come from and what I did before working in Inner Child Healing and Mental Health Counselling

I was born in Paris, but moved to Nice when I was 6 years old, and Geneva when I was 12! As a little kid, I always loved everything creative, dance, theater, fashion, literature and writing, art & crafts.. But at the bottom of all of it, I was passionate to experience and share human emotions, I had a never ending compassion and curiosity for what people thought and felt. Even if I had a classic French education growing up, my parents decided to put me in an International School when I was 15, which changed my whole world!

Suddenly having to learn to live and function in another language shifted my whole perspective on life. As a teenager, you are still trying to figure out who you are and how to fit into the world around you, but discovering that there are other ways of understanding the world, how differently other cultures could see and approach life and values blew my mind, and forever fuelled the debut of my never-ending pursuit for understanding and studying human behaviour.

Going through life, I was not only fascinated by human behaviour because of its deeply complex and changing nature, but also because I realised at an early age that it was a tool I was going to need to understand and save myself. Like many people from generation Gen Z, generational trauma is a topic we were introduced to and had to integrate.

Even a few decades ago, such a concept would not have been accepted, or seen as blatant disrespect to your elders and family members. Simply seeing how this concept has evolved and been approached in the past couple of years, shows us how much mental health has been put on the forefront. Anyways, don’t get me started because I could talk about this for hours! But as the younger generation in my family, learning about and integrating this concept was something that became essential to my well-being, healing journey and personal development.

Both my passion for human behaviour and helping dismantle generational trauma quickly led me to work in the development sector and working with NGOs. I wanted to help build practical and real life solutions for people in need, putting in place structures and social projects that would have lasting effects for communities who need it. Since discovering my external world and connecting with practical solutions has always been just as important as discovering and connecting with my Inner one, I ended up studying in Spain, and working or living abroad in places like Peru, Colombia, Honduras, and now Kenya!

Every great Practitioner must have a personal understanding of what they teach…

I deeply believe that everybody should practice what they preach, especially with matters as important as your mental health or inner stability and happiness. Before becoming a Practitioner, I also did AEDP Therapy (who shares many similar pillars and concepts with Inner Child Healing) and without which I believe I couldn’t be the practitioner and counsellor I am today, and hope to keep on becoming. You can’t expect someone to do something you

How did I get to where I am now, and become an Inner Child Healing practitioner?

During my time getting experience in the development sector, in Madrid, Colombia, Honduras, or else, I had the chance to work both in Event and Project management, helping bring to life projects and solutions to support the different layers of struggle people can face in their everyday life. However, I also got the chance to help build and put together social support groups focused on mental health, personal development and the importance of community support.

However, I also got the chance to help build and put together social support groups focused on mental health, personal development and the importance of community support.

Designing women’s circles in Colombia, assisting to all of them, and leading some stays to this day one of my most formative experience and cherished memory, it taught me about community support, death and the power of personal transformation in a way I couldn’t imagine. It is during that time that I first realised that I wanted to work as a counsellor, not only through the NGOs I worked with, also individually.

Helping people or groups of people go through deep dealing transformation, that would help them live a happier and more whole life became the main focus of my professional journey and mission.

While living and volunteering in Honduras, I started looking into different courses that would allow me to learn the pillars behind trauma recovery and personal development. I quickly became obsessed and very involved in Inner Child Healing because of its approach, which is both based in self-compassion and Neuroplasticity, mixing science backed techniques and new kinder and lighter way to connect to your Inner World.

I have been an Inner Child Healing Practitioner for a year, it is my honour and pleasure everyday to help people reconnect to deeper parts of themselves in a safe environment, to empower them to be happier, more at peace, and live more authentically, building a foundation for a more stable and empathetic future, for both themselves and their close ones. I hope to keep on learning as a practitioner, and integrate new techniques across my professional journey!
